New Social D Album due in October?

Whoever wrote that article is obviously an idiot. I couldn't stop laughing when I saw the "With Friends Like You, Who Needs Enemies" song listed.

Is it just me or is everyone sick and tired of hearing about "newcomer" Johnny 2 Bags when he's been with the band for 6+ years now. Most bands don't even last 6 years and he's a newcomer? Also, the whole bit about John Mauer, Matt Freeman, Brent Harding, how much longer do we need to hear about that? It just seems like whenever someone writes an article about Social Distortion, they feel the need to copy and paste that whole explanation and then throw in a bit of useless info... crap, tell me something I don't know.

And no way is the new album coming out in October. The greatest hits album might be delayed until then, but there's no way the next studio album is coming out by then. When they were finishing up SLRR, they had updates, pictures, and the track list up on the official website months before the album came out. I'd be really surprised if they just throw it out there without putting some kind of update on the official website before then. I'm guessing that after this part of the tour is over (maybe they need some extra cash to finish the album?) they'll post some update on the new album... or, so I hope.
